Shayla Lynch has spent over 20 years on a mission: building a stronger, more connected Lexington through LEADERSHIP, SERVICE, ADVOCACY, AND PARTNERSHIP.  As the current 2nd District City Council representative, Shayla has consistently worked to elevate her community, ensuring that every voice is heard and every neighborhood has the opportunity to thrive.

 

A Hopkinsville, Kentucky native and longtime Lexington resident, Shayla brings both perspective and passion to her role. Now seeking her third term, she is focused on continuing impactful progress while forging new partnerships that move the district forward.
